Nicolas Ollivant has over 35 years of experience in corporate banking, risk management, deal structuring and information management in various financial institutions, including the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and in real estate. Nicolas has worked in Russia and the CIS, in the United Kingdom and in the United States.

Peter Heimann has over 25 years of experience in the United States, Switzerland, Austria and the post-Soviet countries in banking, financial services, trading, and insurance with a specific focus on the emerging economies of Eastern Europe and CIS. He has worked with major companies such as the Zurich Financial Services Group, AIG and Lehman Brothers.

Mia Peterson has over eight years of experience in financial control and management information with various blue chip companies such as Citigroup, Barclays Bank, BP, British Telecom, and Microsoft. Mia is a Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (FSA Accreditation) and is ACCA qualified.

Yakov Shegolyov has over 11 years of experience in various commercial roles in the oil & gas industry in emerging economies and in corporate headquarters in the United Kingdom. He has led large projects related to offshore and onshore oil opearations in the Caspian region and globally and he also worked on the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan pipeline project.
